Problem

There are times that an orphaned child has had their paperwork submitted for adoption, but either they are older or have a special need that makes their placement more difficult. These children have dreams of a family. Can you imagine waiting each day, wondering if any family is going to finally choose you as their child? So many of these harder to place children wait for years, watching families come for their friends, while no one comes for them.

The Gift

This gift will help provide grant money which will be offered for a child who has dreams of a loving family. This money will be used to help with adoption costs, giving a child an extra chance to find just the right family. LWB has offered many adoption grants over the years to harder to place children, and we are thrilled that every one of our grant recipients has ultimately been chosen for adoption. We call our adoption grants “Tuan Yuan”, which in Chinese means “families coming together.”
